For Enterprise
Clean data. Clear consent.
The data brokerage industry sells scraped, stale, and non-consented data. DREJ is the alternative — a marketplace where every record is ethically sourced, quality-scored, and compliant from the moment it enters the platform.
The Problem
The problem with conventional data.
Scraped data is noisy — full of bots, duplicates, and stale records. Purchased lists are non-consented — a compliance liability that grows with every regulation. Cookie-based tracking is dying — browsers are blocking it, regulators are restricting it, users are opting out.
Companies that rely on these sources face a compounding problem: the data is getting worse, the regulatory risk is getting higher, and the alternatives are getting fewer.
DREJ is a different kind of source.

What You Get
Data you can trust.
Consented at the Source
Every data point originates from a user who explicitly chose to share it, at a privacy level they selected. No scraped data. No inferred consent. No buried opt-ins.
Quality-Scored
Automated quality scoring on every record before it reaches you. Duplicates stripped. Bot-generated data rejected. Incomplete records withheld. What survives is clean, structured, and verified.
Compliant by Architecture
GDPR and EU Data Act compliance is inherent to the platform design, not appended to it. Every transaction respects the privacy threshold set by the data creator.
Structured for Integration
Per-category schemas with guaranteed output fields. Data arrives structured and ready for integration into your existing analytics, research, or product development workflows.
Categories
11 data categories.
Sourced from 40+ connectors across the applications your customers already use.

Verification
Two-gate buyer verification.
Every buyer is verified before transacting. This protects the platform, the contributors, and you — every signed agreement is a defensible record in any downstream audit.
Gate 1 — One Time, 24-Month Validity
Verified Buyer
- –Stripe Identity KYC (government ID verification)
- –Company information + registration documents
- –Proof of address + payment method
- –Signed legal agreements (T&C, prohibited uses, no re-identification)
Admin review within 1 business day SLA. Applicants from countries of concern are blocked at this stage per DOJ 28 CFR Part 202 (CHN, HKG, MAC, CUB, IRN, PRK, RUS, VEN).
Gate 2 — Per Purchase
Data Use Agreement
Required for all pool purchases and datasets ≥ $1,000. The DUA is a 16-clause contract covering:
- –CCPA use-case restrictions (Section 1798.140 subsection 8)
- –Onward-transfer prohibitions + SCC Module 2 flow-down
- –Re-identification prohibition + required technical measures
- –30-day breach notification obligation
- –Beneficial ownership representation + audit right
- –Plus 10 more clauses
Admin review within 3 business days. Generated as a PDF, signed electronically, stored alongside the purchase record as an auditable artifact.
Dataset purchases under $1,000 are auto-approved under the platform T&C without a per-purchase DUA. Pool purchases always require both gates regardless of price.
Compliance
Compliance without compromise.
Every transaction on DREJ is GDPR-compliant and EU Data Act-compliant by architecture — not by checkbox, not by afterthought. Consent is auditable. Deletion rights are implemented. Data portability is built in.
Pool data is protected by k-anonymity with per-category minimum thresholds: health data k=20, financial data k=15, all other categories k=10. Individual contributors cannot be re-identified from the aggregate. Privacy levels are set by the data creator; every pool export is additionally processed at the platform's Medium level before delivery, and buyers cannot lower it.
When you acquire data through DREJ, the compliance burden does not transfer to you. It was resolved before the data reached the marketplace.
Our compliance foundation includes a complete DPIA (GDPR Art. 35, 9 processing activities), ROPA (GDPR Art. 30, 28 processing activities), signed SCC Module 2 for the EU → Türkiye processor transfer, Transfer Impact Assessment per Schrems II, an implementation-specific EU Data Act assessment (101 KB), a DOJ Compliance Program (28 CFR Part 202), and a Data Breach Response Plan. These are not marketing claims; they are documents your procurement team can review.
